Weight Loss Camp 8: WARRIORS

The CAL Wellness Four Week Weight Loss Camp includes the following. We will share program related information including daily goals dietary patterns and more. This information will be shared in interactive video sessions at the start of every week for which recordings will be made available later for those who could not attend. The recordings will not include the weekly guided meditation. The guidelines for each week will be made available to participants at the beginning of each week.

About your Coach

Sid Khullar is a holistic wellness coach who works with spirit mind and body to accomplish desired outcomes. His total work experience exceeds 26 years. He has authored three books two of them on wellness and is currently working on a fourth. Sid has also written and published over a million words on food and wellness and has been awarded for his efforts by the Indian Culinary Federation and also received an honorary Chef’s diploma.

IF90 is his holistic protocol for wellness the outcomes of which include the management of obesity fatty liver and type 2 diabetes. The protocol includes elements of metabolic spiritual and mental wellness.
