However, now Bollywood celebs are coming out in support of Rhea Chakraborty about the Sushant Singh Rajput case. Recently, MTV VJ and actress and Farhan Akhtar’s girlfriend Shibani Dandekar has written a long post on her Instagram account supporting Rhea.

Shibani wrote I have known Rhea Chakraborty since she was 16 years old, vibrant, strong, vivacious and like a bright spark … full of life. In the past few months, I have been seeing the opposite side of her and her family’s personality (such kind and warm people you may not have seen), are facing pain no one can imagine. We have seen how the media is behaving like vultures like being on the prey of a witch. Blaming an innocent family and torturing them to the extent of breaking up.

Shibani further wrote her basic human rights were also taken away because the media is in the role of judge, jury, and executioner. We have seen the death of journalism and the horrific form of humanity! What was her crime? She adored a boy, took care of him during his bad days, stopped her life to live with him. And what did we become when he was hanged? I myself have seen how her mother’s health deteriorated all this, How has it affected his father who has served the country for 20 years, how soon her brother has to grow up and how strong he has to be.

She added, “Rhea You are powerful. Just like you are a human being and knowing that the truth is on your side, you are fighting, I have a lot of love and respect for you. I am so sorry that you had to go through all this. I’m sad that we were no better. I am sad that many people disappointed you, doubted, were not with you when you needed it the most. I am sorry that the best thing you did in life (taking care of Sushant) gave you the worst experience of life. I’m always with you.”
