* There Will Be 2 Rounds In The Event :-

– Grand Finale
* The List Of Shortlisted Contestants For Finale Will Be Posted On Our Facebook Page And Via Email.
* Singing, Dancing, Acting, Open Mic Performance Must Not Exceed 2.5 Minutes In Finale. The Performance Will Be Stopped Once The Time Is Up.

* Contestants Are Requires To Present Their ID At Event Sessions For Verification Of Identity And Address.
* Contestants Must Report By Stipulated Reporting Time For Both Audition And Finals. Late Comers Will Be Disqualified From The Competition.
* For Special Performance Contestants Must Provide Their Own Music Media – CD, VCD, DVD Or USB Flash Drive Only. No Other Forms Of Media Will Be Accepted. The Organizer Shall Not Be Responsible For Any Damage To Contestant’s Media Or If The Media Cannot Be Played On The Sound System Provided.
* Microphone Will Be Provided. If The Contestant Requires Any Other Logistics/Equipment Must Be Provided By The Contestant.
* Use Of Racially Offensive, Vulgar, Sexually, Explicit, Satanic/Black Metal, Violent Or Otherwise Offensive Language And/Or Lyrics Is Prohibited For All Categories.
* The Sequence Of The Performances Shall Be Decided By The Organizer.
* All Contestants Automatically Grant Permission To The Organizer The Use Of Any Photographs And/Or Videos Taken Of Them, As Well As Printing Of Their Names And Groups For Advertising, Promotional And Publicity Purposes.
* All Personal Information Collected Would Be Kept Confidential And Used For The Purpose Of Running This Competition. Contact Information May Be Shared With Organisation For The Purpose Of Contacting Contestants To Invite Them To Perform At Community Events.
* The Organiser Reserves The Right To Disqualify Any Contestant From The Competition If They Fail To Comply With Any Rules And Regulations. No Compensation Shall Be Given.
* Strict Discipline And Decorum Has To Be Maintained By The Candidates During The Period Of Event.
* The Applicant Or The Applicant’s Immediate Family Should Not Be Related To Any Person Employed
* The Applicant Or The Applicant’s Immediate Family Should Not Br Related To Any Person Employed In Extrvagnza Contest Sponsors And Their Sub-Contractors Or Any Of The Judges As Informed To The Applicant At Any Stages. In Case Of Such A Relation, The Applicant Must Disclose The Same Immediately.
* The Organizers Are Not Responsible For Any Delays Or Non-Receipt Of Application On Any Account And For Any Reason Whatsoever.
* The Regional Round Expenses (Travel And Stat) Will Have To Be Borne By The Participant.
* The Applicant Will Have To Participate In A Disciplined And Diligent Manner Throughout As Per Scheduled Given.
* The Organizers Are Not Responsible If The Sponsor Do Not Make Good The Prizes Promised By Them.
* The Organizers Are Not Responsible For Any Mishap Or Otherwise.
* Incorrect Information Will Result In Disqualification, Whether Discovered Prior To, During Or After Participation.
*The Decision Of Event Judges Is Final In All Cases. No Correspondence Or Appeals Shall Be Entertained.
* Only Person Of Good Health, Sound Mind And Having No Medical History Of Any Mental Illness And Having A Good Moral Character Can Participant Made Herein.
* The Applicant Does Not Have Any Case (Criminal And Civil) Registered Against Him/Her.
* Only The Applicant And Family Members/Guardian (For Below 16 Years) Will Be Allowed Inside The Designated Venue. The Schedule Of Events Ans Qualification Rounds Are Subject To Change At The Discretion Of The Organizer.
*The Organiser Are Not Responsible For Non-Completion/Non-Occurrence Of The Event In Case Of Any Miss Happening (Natural Calamities, Etc.)
* In The Event If Any Dispute, The Organisers Decision Is Final And Binding On The Applicant.
*Fee Or Any Form/Type Of Amount (If Any) Once Deposited Will Not Be Refunded Ir Transferred Under Any Circumstances.
* Any Form Of Indiscipline Or Breach Of Terms And Conditions May Result In Strict Action And In Extreme Cases The Applicant/Candidate May Be Expelled From The Event And No Amount Will Be Refunded.
