Former President Pranab Mukherjee found Corona positive

Former President Pranab Mukherjee himself has been informed about his report being Corona infected, amid reports of several big leaders getting infected with Coronavirus. The former president himself has informed by tweeting on Monday that he has been found positive for the coronavirus. He has advised the people who came in contact with him in recent days to conduct the Covid-19 test.

He wrote in the tweet, ‘Today after going to the hospital for another procedure, I have come to know that I am infected with Covid-19. I urged the people who came in contact with me last week to isolate themselves and get their Covid-19 test done.

On a visit to the hospital for a separate procedure, I have tested positive for COVID19 today.
I request the people who came in contact with me in the last week, to please self isolate and get tested for COVID-19. #CitizenMukherjee

Home Minister Amit Shah, Petroleum Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, and Water Resources Minister Arjun Meghwal have also been found to be corona positive, and are undergoing treatment. Many leaders of the Bharatiya Janata Party, including the Chief Ministers of several states including the Center, have been infected with Corona. After the Home Minister Amit Shah got infected at the center, many leaders had self-isolated themselves. At the same time, the Union Minister of State for Agriculture Kailash Chaudhary was also found infected.

Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan was also corona infected; now he is negative after two-three weeks of treatment. He was discharged last week. Karnataka Chief Minister BS Yeddyurappa and his daughter are also infected with COVID. According to the latest data released by the Ministry of Health, the number of corona infected in the country has reached 2215074. In the last 24 hours 62064 new cases have been reported, while 1007 people have died. With this, the total number of dead has increased to 44386. The number of those who have defeated this virus has reached 1535743. Talk about the positive rate at the same time, it has increased to 13.01 percent. At the same time, the recovery rate has increased to 69.33 percent with a slight increase.
