Call it his generosity, he has announced a special app on his birthday, which he has also named as “Pravasi Rojgar” and through this app, he has said to employ about 3 lac, migrant workers.
Sonu Sood, who has become the Messiah of migrant laborers, has also arranged employment for them. After helping over a lakh of people reach their home safely during the lockdown period, Bollywood actor Sonu Sood now has taken an initiative to help over two crore migrants get entry-level blue-collar jobs in the next 5-years.
As per information on the website “Pravasi Rojgar”, over 450 employers have been integrated and about 1 lac jobs have been assembled after the launch. Pravasi Rojgar is the free website and an application that will digitally connect job providers with job seekers to find job opportunities in various sectors across the country. This initiative will additionally train people to make them proficient in the job and industry.
The portal consists of a message as “Our mission is to provide job linkages and career progression to millions of migrant workers who need jobs.”
Sonu Sood shared this news with his official Twitter account. He wrote, “For my migrant brothers on the occasion of my birthday, PravasiRojgar.com is a contract to provide 3 lac jobs to you all. These jobs will provide a good salary, PF, ESI, and other benefits. Thanks, AEPC, CITI, Trident, Quess Corp, Amazon, Sodexo, Urban Co, Portea, and all others.”
