Sushant’s death Case: NCB(Narcotics Control Bureau) registers drug probe against 5 including Rhea

In the Bollywood Actor Sushant Singh Rajput Case, the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) has filed a lawsuit regarding drug angle. In the NCB case, the reality of Rhea Chakraborty, Shovik Jaya Shah, Shruti Modi, and Gaurav Arya, a resident of Pune and active in Goa can be revealed. This lawsuit has been registered on the order of NCB director in Delhi.

In this case, the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) has received a letter from the Director of Enforcement Directorate (ED). Sources had said that the name of MDMA drugs (Ecstasy tablets), cannabis(Ganja), and LSD drugs have been written in the letter that the NCB has received from the ED. Rhea Chakraborty’s WhatsApp chat has been found and it consists of information related to drugs dealer. Apart from this, she has some drug dealer numbers. Sources had informed that according to the letter of ED, it seems from chats that Riya used to buy and buy drugs too. According to the chat, Riya used to put CBD oil (a kind of hemp extract which is prohibited to be consumed) in Sushant’s tea, coffee, and water.

As the investigation of the allegations of use of drugs against Sushant’s girlfriend Riya arose, the Bollywood actress’s lawyer issued a statement dismissing these allegations. Riya’s lawyer Satish Manashinde had issued a statement saying that “Riya has never taken drugs in her life and she is ever ready to have a blood test”.

The Mumbai-based NCB’s operations unit, along with Mumbai NCB, will investigate the drugs angle in the Sushant case. NCB has registered a case against the people whose names are in the FIR of ED. This means that a case was filed against Riya, his brother, and others. 20, 22, 27, 28, 29 cases have been registered in the NDPS Act.
