Sushant Singh Rajput, who wanted to win love, fan following, and honor, now he is getting all the things but unfortunately, he is getting all these things after his death. Dada Saheb Phalke Awards has revealed on its official Instagram page that Sushant will be awarded posthumously at the Dada Saheb Phalke International Film Festival Awards 2021. However, the dates for the awards have not been announced yet.

The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting may honor the actor in a special way at this year’s National Awards. However, it has not yet been decided by the ministry what kind of honor it will be.

“The death of Sushant has shaken the entire film fraternity. The honor he is receiving after his death has never been won until he was alive. So for correcting this, the government is planning a separate festival for Sushant’s films. At the same time, he will be given a special award for his significant contribution to cinema during the National Awards.

As an actor, Sushant worked in the entertainment industry for 11 years. Out of these, he gave the first five years to the television industry and worked for films for 6 years. But despite doing 11 films in these 6 years, he was not even awarded with Filmfare. However, he did receive two-screen awards. Also in 2017, he received the Best Actor Award during the Indian Film Festival in Melbourne for his film ‘M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story ‘. For his movie ‘MS Dhoni’ and ‘Kai Po Chhe’, he was nominated for Filmfare and IIFA.

A month ago at the time of Independence Day, the California State Assembly was given a special honor for his contributions to the world and cinema. Her sister Shweta Singh Kirti received his certificate. While sharing this information on social media, Shweta wrote, “On the occasion of Indian Independence Day, California honored my brother Sushant for his overall contribution to the society. California is with us. Are you there? Thank you for your support California.”
