SP Balasubrahmanyam, one of the veteran singers of cinema, passed away at 74

SP Balasubrahmanyam, one of the veteran singers of cinema, has passed away. The 74-year-old singer SP Balasubrahmanyam was infected with Coronavirus and admitted to Chennai’s ‘MGM Healthcare’. Singer Balasubrahmanyam had been ill for several days. Although his health was recovered in the middle, but suddenly his health deteriorated again on the last day and he was put on the life support system. He died at 1. 04 am.

SP Balasubrahmanyam got infected with the coronavirus. He himself had shared the video through social media. He had an issued a message on August 5, he said that he had mild symptoms of corona.

Balasubrahmanyam said that he was suffering from mild fever and cold, due to which he got the coronavirus tested and admitted to the hospital. His lungs had stopped functioning at 1 pm due to corona infection.

The dead body of the SP reached his house at 6 pm. Balasubrahmanyam will be cremated on Saturday at his farmhouse in Red Hills Tamaraipakkam. SP’s family consists of his son Charan, wife Savitri, sister Shailaja and daughter Pallavi, who were in the hospital since morning when SP’s condition deteriorated.

Balasubrahmanyam, honored with Padma Shri and Padma Bhushan, sang over 40 thousand songs in 6 languages. SP Balasubrahmanyam has sung the most popular songs of the romantic films of Kamal Haasan, Sanjay Dutt, and Salman Khan in Bollywood. Among them, Sagar, Ek Dujon Ke Saajan, Maine Pyar Kiya, Hum Aapke Hain Kaun are on top.
