PM Modi addresses BJP workers via video conferencing on 104th birth anniversary of Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhyay Ji

The Union Ministers and the other leaders are paying tribute to Deendayal Upadhyay on his 104th birth anniversary today. Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay was one of the founding members of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) and co-founder of the Bharatiya Jana Sangh, the forerunner of the Bharatiya Janata Party or the BJP. Deendayal Upadhyay had become the president of the Jana Sangh in December 1967.

PM Narendra Modi in a tweet yesterday said, “Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya Ji’s idealogy inspires us to serve the poor people and ensure to give a good impact in their lives.” The Prime Minister has addressed BJP workers across India via video conferencing today.
