Today, the fear of Corona is spread all over the world. All other countries including India are eagerly waiting for the Corona vaccine. But until the Covid-19 vaccine is available to all countries, it is the responsibility of all the elders at home with the government to take full care of the safety of their family. In such a situation, before sending children to school, you have to teach and explain many important things that have become an important part of life in the Corona period, keeping in mind their safety.

For the safety of your children when you will not around your children, you have to teach them all the necessary precautions that they should have to take outside their home. Let’s learn about those essential safety measures.

Social Distancing:

It means to keep a safe distance between yourself and the other person. The practice of social distancing means staying at least 2 feet distance away from others as much as possible to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.

Habit of washing hands

Teach your children that after touching the system, door handle, tap handle, clean hands thoroughly. Make it a habit for the children to wash their hands for at least 20 seconds. Apart from this, tell children to use hand sanitizer also.

Avoid eating food from other’s tiffin

Teach children not to eat food from their friends’ tiffin boxes due to Covid-19.

Use of the elbow or handkerchief while coughing and sneezing

Teach your children that whenever they sneeze or cough at school, they should use their handkerchief near their mouth so that the infection does not spread to other children. The virus enters the body if we touch our nose, mouth, and eyes. So always wear a face mask, that covers the nose and mouth while outdoors and do not touch your face.

To wear mask

Teach your children where social distancing is not possible, wear a cloth mask on your face. Always keep an extra mask in your child’s bag so that if he wants to change his mask then he can do it comfortably. Tell the child that he does not have to change his mask with his friends.

In such a situation, while many events were postponed, many programs were organized online. Meanwhile, the Indian International Film Festival (IFFI) has also been postponed. The first International Film Festival (IFFI) was earlier to be held from 20 to 28 November 2020, but now it will be held from 16 to 24 January 2021.

Information and Broadcasting Minister Prakash Javadekar while giving this information said that the Indian International Film Festival (IFFI) will be held in Goa from 16 to 24 January next year, instead of 20 to 28 November this year.

The Indian International Film Festival (IFFI) will be organized this year both in digital mode and screening in auditoriums due to ovid-19 in Goa. This information was given by a senior officer recently. Entertainment Society of Goa (ESG) vice-president Subhash Faladesai had said that in a meeting held last week, IFFI’s steering committee had decided to organize the film festival as part of the standard operating procedure of the central government.

The current selectors will choose the team in the second or third week of October for Team India’s tour of Australia later this year. The four-year term of the three selectors in the Senior Selection Committee is coming to an end on September 30. It includes Devang Gandhi, Jatin Paranjpe, and Sarandeep Singh. But instead of choosing new selectors in the current situation, BCCI can give extensions to them.

According to the news agency, the Board of Cricket Advisory Committee of the three members headed by Madan Lal has not yet been asked for an interview to fill the positions of the three selectors. The source attached to the board said that it is true that the Board has not yet asked the CAC to choose new selectors.

A source attached to the board further revealed that the tenure of Chief Selectors MSK Prasad and Gagan Khoda also ended in September 2019. But the board also retained them till March this year. In such a situation, if Devang, Jatin, and Sarandeep Singh are given extensions, then there is no mistake in this.

Due to Corona infection, the BCCI may send 23–25 players on the tour to Australia in November – December. Pakistan and West Indies had recently sent the same number of players to the England tour. Having more players will not require calling the bowlers from outside for bowling on the net. If players playing on behalf of the India-A team go on a tour, then 4 days of first-class matches will be played in Bio Secure Bubble.

The India-Australia tour will begin with the Brisbane Test on 3 December. The Indian team will play their first day-night Test abroad in Adelaide on 11 December. After this, the first match of the ODI series will be played in Perth on 12 January.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic in the country, 41 lakh youths have lost their jobs. Employees working in construction and agriculture were the most affected. This has been said in a joint report by the International Labor Organization (ILO) and the Asian Development Bank (ADB).

The ILO-ADB report released on 17th August titled “Dealing with the Covid-19 Youth Employment Crisis in Asia and the Pacific” says, “India is estimated to be employing 41 lakh youth. Of the seven major sectors, construction and agriculture have led to the employment of the most people.”

The report said that due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the employment prospects for the youth have also suffered a setback. Due to the crisis, the youth of 15 to 24 years will be affected more than those of 25 and older people. Not only this, according to the economic and social costs, the risk is long-term and widespread.

The report called on governments to take immediate, large-scale targeted steps to create jobs for youth, put education and training programs on track, and reduce frustration over the future of the 66 crore youth population. Even before the Covid-19 crisis, youth in Asia and the Pacific had challenges regarding employment. Due to this unemployment rate was high and a large number of youth were out of school and work.

The regional youth unemployment rate in the year 2019 was 13.8 percent. At the same time, it was 3 percent among adults (25 years and older). More than 16 crore youth (24 percent of the population) were neither in employment nor in education or training.
