Lose Weight in 21 Days

So you have tried the gym a fad diet and perhaps even pills to lose weight. But all of no avail!

This is largely due to the information commercials and social media is feeding us. It makes it appear that eating healthy is synonymous to ‘being sad’ while indulging in junk food and excess food is glamorized as being a ‘happy habit’! Think about it! Nobody glamorizes staying home and having home made food.

> Going out for dinner seems like fun (while staying home and eating is deemed too regular)

> Having soda/Coke/Pepsi/7Up when we go out to eat fries or something is seen as a norm though we all know that these have unhealthy amounts of processed sugar.

Some more things to dig dive in is when you are in a diet how many people cheer for you and applaud your confidence and how many frown at you and even make fun of having a diet?

Who SURROUND you is very important.

For this reason in this private group you are going to find accountability partners- those who think like you appreciate you and celebrate your success.

Who we surround ourselves with dictates 50% of the habits we form.


The biggest challenge we all (even I) go through is the feeling of departing from our favourite foods. That feeling is agonizing to even think of how we may never be able to eat our favourite food again because of calories.

But you know the biggest thing with this CHALLENGE?

You do NOT have to give up on your favourite food!

In fact you get to eat whatever you want in due proportion throughout intermittent fasting.

You will also develop a TASTE for the good food while those you deemed once irresistible will taste even better!

You will have all the ingredients in place and be finally be able to understand what the TRICK is!
