 प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने जलवायु परिवर्तन से निपटने के लिए आज दुनिया के आगे भारत का दृष्टिकोण सामने रखा। विश्व बैंक के एक कार्यक्रम में बोलते हुए पीएम ने कहा कि दुनिया को अगर जलवायु परिवर्तन से पार पाना है तो हर एक इंसान को इससे लड़ना होगा।

व्यवहारिक परिवर्तन से जलवायु परिवर्तन को मिलेगी मात

दरअसल, विश्व बैंक में ‘कैसे व्यवहारिक परिवर्तन जलवायु परिवर्तन से निपट सकता है’ शीर्षक पर कार्यक्रम आयोजित किया गया, जिसमें पीएम वर्चुअल रूप से जुड़े। कार्यक्रम को संबोधित करते हुए पीएम ने कहा कि जलवायु परिवर्तन से पार पाने का सबसे शक्तिशाली तरीकों में से एक व्यवहार परिवर्तन है जिसकी शुरुआत हर घर से होनी चाहिए। 

कांफ्रेंस टेबल नहीं, डिनर टेबल से लड़ना होगा

पीएम मोदी ने आगे कहा कि जलवायु परिवर्तन का मुकाबला अकेले कांफ्रेंस टेबल से नहीं किया जा सकता है, इसे हर घर में डिनर टेबल से लड़ना होगा। उन्होंने कहा कि जब कोई विचार चर्चा टेबल से डिनर टेबल तक जाता है, तो यह एक जन आंदोलन बन जाता है। 

विश्व बैंक कार्यक्रम मिशन लाइफ में बोलते हुए पीएम ने कहा कि हर परिवार और हर व्यक्ति को जागरूक करना होगा कि कैसे वो इस धरती को बचा सकता है। पीएम ने कहा कि अब सोच बदलने का वक्त आ गया है।

भारत के लोगों के प्रयासों की तारीफ

पीएम ने व्यवहार परिवर्तन के उदाहरणों का हवाला देते हुए भारत के लोगों द्वारा किए गए प्रयासों की भी सराहना की। उन्होंने कहा कि भारत के लोगों ने पिछले कुछ वर्षों में बहुत कुछ किया है। यहां तक कि भारत के कई हिस्सों में लिंगानुपात में सुधार के प्रयास भी हुए हैं।

पीएम ने कहा कि यह वही लोग थे जिन्होंने बड़े पैमाने पर स्वच्छता अभियान, समुद्र तट या सड़कों को कूड़े से मुक्त करना सुनिश्चित किया। उन्होंने कहा कि भारत के लोगों ने एलईडी बल्बों की ओर कदम बढ़ाकर दिखा दिया कि वो कुछ भी कर सकते हैं। इसके चलते 22 बिलियन यूनिट से अधिक ऊर्जा की बचत हो रही है।
