]]> आम आदमी पार्टी (AAP) ने रविवार को मुंबई महानगरपालिका (BMC) चुनाव के लिए 15 उम्मीदवारों की तीसरी सूची जारी की। इससे पहले पार्टी ने पहली और दूसरी सूची में क्रमशः 21 और 36 उम्मीदवारों के नाम घोषित किए थे। अब पार्टी ने कुल 51 उम्मीदवारों की घोषणा कर दी है।

AAP का लक्ष्य है कि वह सभी 227 वार्डों में अपने उम्मीदवार उतारकर चुनाव अकेले लड़े। पार्टी ने स्थानीय कार्यकर्ताओं और नागरिक समाज के प्रतिनिधियों को प्राथमिकता दी है।

AAP नेता प्रीति शर्मा मेनन ने कहा, “हम काम की राजनीति को आगे बढ़ाने के लिए मैदान में हैं और जनता की सेवा हमारी प्राथमिकता है।” पार्टी का झाड़ू चिन्ह मुंबई में एक अवसर का प्रतीक है।

चुनाव की पृष्ठभूमि में, महाराष्ट्र निर्वाचन आयोग ने BMC समेत 29 नगर निगमों के चुनाव 15 जनवरी 2026 को आयोजित करने की तारीख घोषित की है। परिणाम 16 जनवरी को घोषित होंगे।
